Kim has a knack for designing creative, well-balanced, challenging and endlessly-interesting yoga classes. But what keeps me coming back week after week is the way she infuses her teaching with lessons from everyday life, conveying the valuable lesson that yoga continues long after you roll up your mat.
Kim’s class lasts in my body, my mind, and my heart far after I roll up my mat and step back out into the world. She has a way of affecting you in a soft, yet poignant way. It’s hard to put into words. But you feel this sense of warmth and transcendence of barriers when she’s around. You become a little more limitless. I appreciate her bubbling spring-source of love, compassion and deep wisdom for the practice.
