I have missed practicing with you so much! Amidst this global pandemic, it has become very challenging to remember my yoga practice actually lives off the mat. I have been selecting bite-sized self-care practices to get me through each day. Sometimes that looks like 3 deep breaths. Sometimes it looks like one child’s pose. Other times it looks like crunching leaves between my fingers or tasting snowflakes caught mid-air. I find myself seeking the comfort of community to fill my cup and smooth rough edges.
You are invited to join me for a 3-week Self Care Sangha. We will meet twice/week on Tuesday evenings 4-6pm and Sunday mornings 9-10:30am. These sessions will be live and interactive. I will guide practices customized to the group–no cookie-cutter pre-recorded classes. I will guide you through self care practices based on the neuroscience of yoga, including meditation, breathwork, and active and restorative posture practices. You will create and implement a self-care plan that actually works for YOU. You will create real and supportive connections with like-minded community from the comfort and safety of your home. If you miss a session, I will send you the class recording so you can self-pace through the material at your convenience.
